Which European countries can SMETRD serve?

The network covers the EU members, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, the Western Balkans, Moldova and Ukraine, as well as small states such as Andorra, Monaco, Liechtenstein and San Marino. Russia and Belarus are not served.

Not every mode is equally practical for every destination, and the country pages say which options are common.

How the country pages are organised

Each page explains how long shipping from Turkey takes, which border crossing, port and airport apply, what customs duty and import VAT mean for that country, and which documents are needed. Local points such as road rules or special registrations are included where verified.

Transit times are planning ranges and are confirmed in the quote.

EU, non-EU and Brexit: how destinations differ

EU destinations share one customs territory, so goods are cleared once at the first point of entry or at destination under transit. The United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and others have their own import declarations, duties and VAT systems, so documents and timing differ.

Tell us the destination and the Incoterm in your enquiry, and we confirm who handles clearance.
